Did a ton of research before buying. I liked that this one had a grease trap in the front and a hard lid. It was kind of a pain to put together but I did it by myself, I’m sure with 2 people it would be very easy. Gets super hot even with the burners on med/low. I’ve already used this 6 times and only had it a few weeks. I love it and would highly recommend this brand!

Great documentation and parts labeling. I would highly recommend the purchase or inclusion in the kit a preseasoned press for burgers, pininnies, bacon, and a commercial grade griddle mop for spreading oil instead of tongues and paper towel. I would pay more to have them included in parts and accessories.
